Fake QED Reference Cable?

On a popular auction site someone is selling a QED Reference HDMI 5m cable. But the QED website states they do not make a 5m cable.

I have a cheap HDMi cable atm which is awful as it keeps losing picture.

The cheapest I can find at maplin is £19 for 5m.

The quality of the cable could be defined as the the quality of the connection, ie a cheap cable has a cheaply built HDMI plug while a good quality one will last longer and be able to withstand lots of unplugging.
