I know theres a fair few watch afficianado's here, so apologies if i insult you
I was in Dubai on business last week, and i had a wonder round the markets, and boy was i shocked but the knock-off crap that they do, but one thing really surprised me was the watches, to my untrained these were pretty good, they seemed to have sweep movement, have all the logo's in the right place and all the dial worked, plus they actually looked real, the weight and finish was good, for £20 they were amazing.Suffice to say i have a Panerai on my wrist now.
Anyway, what i cant understand is, if these people can go to the trouble of getting the know how to make a watch like a pannerai, why cant they make their own brand, they obviously have the skill.I was honestly impressed with the watches.
