With so many paid reviews on Amazon products I've seen this website promoted to separate the wheat from the chaff, but I'm not convinced that this website itself is accurate, what patterns does it look for in order to class a review as deceptive?
I don't care enough about Amazon's reviews to start looking for filtered information via an external website. If I want independent advice I usually look for reputable reviews, not someones (often) bad experience.
