If you look at the games coming out this fall, its pretty much just fall 2007 all over again.

Whiule I would agree that Bioshock wasnt the gemchild of gaming as we know it and could be replicated quite easily by taking System Shock 2 and sticking it in the Unreal 3 engine, set underwater and pumped full of steampunk, Assassin's creed 2 could be an excellent opportunity to correct the mistakes made in the first game...e.g. not having excrutiatingly repetitive routines for every single assassination. While I dont expect it to be the perfect stealth/assassiny game, we can at least hope it'll be more enjoyable than the first one

Didn't get along with Halo 3 but what's Halo ODST? I've seen plenty of hype around it but dont actually know anything about the game itself :confused:

Loved both COD4 and BioShock so am looking forward to their sequels. Not sure about Assassin's Creed, liked the look of the original but never took the plunge. Was also put off by the average reviews I read.
