Fallout 3 compatiblity question.

Does fallout 3 run ok on windows 7? im going to buy it finally.

They have got the new expansions on disk aswell point look out and broken steel.

I don't see why not, the game works perfectly in Vista. Not heard of any compatibility problems with Fallout 3 & Windows 7.

I was playing it on Win7, I was getting crashes, but I dont know if that was because of Win7 or the game bugs

Same. I switched back to Vista 64bit and it runs like a dream.

I'm currently playing through on Windows 7 64bit totally fine only using the latest official 1.7 patch. I've had the game for ages but never managed to get it to work under Vista 64bit :s very buggy game but when it works its ace.

Not had any bugs myself with it yet, although I haven't played it that much. I've got all the latest patches & the community patch, so that probably helps.

played through almost all the addons in win7, had about 3 crashes total, seems to hang sometimes when i quit, but i havnt had any problems while in the game, tis a beast.

I play it on win 7 without any problems what so ever - I find it much more stable on my system than it was on XP - pro.

It's temperamental unfortunately. Amazing game though
