Fallout 3 DLC issue

Just dcecided that i would get the operation achorage DLC so i logged into Windows live and downloaded it. Now how do i get to play it? i started up Fallout 3 and log in to live account and it just show an option to view new content and takes me back to the windows live site (Windows live does show that i downloaded it though)

Any ideas on how i can play this?

Got it sorted now. To start with i was not getting any sigh of loading new files or anchorage in the downloads section. Did an update and restarted and all ok now. Not played this game since i completed the original story a while back and wow its good to be playing again, got lots to do :)

Not related to the original issue that i had, but still kinda related....:rolleyes:

I have finished the game like i mentioned above, but are people playing the DLC from there last save before the end of the game?
