Fallout 3 Help (Spoilers)

I am trying to get past Mayor MacCready and he wants me to rescue "Sammy and the others". A mission has not been triggered though and the destination is still set as Little Lamplight.

Is this a glitch in the game? I keep trying to speak to him again but no joy

sounds like a glitch to me.. is there anyway you can use speach% to get in without the need for doing that mission? took me a couple of loads to do it..

head for paradise falls, and there will be some quests for you to do to get the kids

Yeah, the quest is triggered by talking to the kids in Paradise Falls.

Thanks for the help, managed to get it, first bit of the game I found challenging (killing all the slavers), in the end they rushed me all (in the last section before you find the last 2 kids) and I got the flamer out.... :-D
