Fallout 3 in-game freezes/ pauses

Hi

Has anyone had fallout 3 in-game freezes/ pauses when talking to Characters (rest of the time works smoothly)?

Just downloaded the steam version and pc spec as below.

Latest drivers?

Cooling (gfx card or processor getting hot)?

I have just purchased this on steam too aint tried it yet tho

Got the latest drivers and processor not too hot, let me know if you have the same problem

I've heard this game has been buggy and I am not sure if steam has applied all the updates??
