Wanting to get this soon, though I don't know what would be best to play it on, Keyboard and Mouse or 360 controller?

Thanks!

edit: also, can I get the expansion packs off of Steam? I can't see them on their website.

Mouse and keyboard of course. You can use the 360 controller but I see no reason to when a mouse and keyboard would give much better control. I've only done it a couple of times with the 360 controller, and that was because I felt like slouching, but it was too irritating and inaccurate to use for a long time.

Mouse and Keyboard without doubt. The VATS system is pad friendly, but until later in the game you're going to run out of Action Points before fights are over and you'll have to aim like a regular fps. So in my opinion puts a pad a distant second.

Mouse and keyboard. However you don't need to use the mouse to aim at all, so if you're slow with a pad this game should be fine when played with one. All the in-game aiming is done via VATS.

And about the expansion dlc its only available via games for windows (installed as part of the game) though, if on the off chance youve not bought the game yet, the GOTY edition is out now/soon with all the dlc in it already which will save you a fair penny.

Is Fallout 3 GotY stopping with the tripe known as Games for Windows or will it be coming to Steam? Anyone seen anything?

Keyboard and mouse from the little I played it. Some games work better on PC with the 360 controller, in my personal experience though this isn't one of them.

Gamepad, I cant play RPG's without one no matter what the genre is, sit back and get lost for hours, where as with a Mouse and Keyboard I'll be glued to the pc.
