EDIT: Just realized you have the GOTY version. It's worth moving onto them now as you'd get xp quicker.

I couldn't disagree more!

In my opinion Fallout New Vegas felt rushed. I felt that something got 'lost' while making NV, as the sense of atmosphere in Fallout 3 was amazing, but I didn't feel anything for the characters in NV.

Plus the game runs appallingly, crashes all the time and has too many bugs! (Even more than Fallout 3!).

It's still a good game, and I've completed it a few times, and I like the fact you have multiple ending possibilities, but it's still missing something.

It's definitely missing the Fallout 3 magic for me. I prefer the atmosphere of the Capital Wasteland, as well as the characters and I prefer the clear cut path of BoS vs Enclave. Plus the expansions are excellent and each add a nice new area to play in, especially Point Lookout which is easily the best DLC I've ever paid for.
