The Wasteland Survival Guide - Moira Brown in Megaton
Those! - From Brian Wilkins (annoying kid) (He'll find you wandering around the wasteland)
You Gotta Shoot 'em in the head - From some ghoul upstairs in the bar in Underworld (DC Mall)
Big Trouble in Big Town - Just find Big Town (easy if you've played up to Little Lamplight)
The Superhuman Gambit - Head to Canterbury Commons, can't miss it.
Nuka-Cola Challenge - Given by a lunatic in Girdershade, also probably hardest of the lot!
Head of State - Picked up in the slaver escapee colony (Temple Of The Union - Near Old Olney)
The Replicated Man - Given in Rivet City (Dr Lai's room IIRC)
Blood Ties - There's a chick in Moriarty's Saloon in Megaton that gives this (Lucy West?)
Oasis - Find Oasis (Harold!)
The Power Of The Atom - Megaton's nuke - Talk to Sheriff, or Burke in Megaton.
Tenpenny Tower - Obviously head to Tenpenny Tower, talk to the Ghoul out the front
Strictly Business - Head to Paradise Falls and enslave some SOB's
Stealing Independence - Started in the museum in Rivet City
Trouble On The Homefront - You'll pick up a broadcast later in the game when you're near Vault 101.
Agatha's Song - Head to Agatha's House
Reilly's Rangers - You'll pick up an Emergency Ranger Broadcast whilst bimbling through the DC Ruins. This was also quite tough IIRC.
If you're going for speed for the platinum, play through as a GOOD character, and save just before hitting the trophied levels - It's easier to get negative karma with no XP benefit that positive (just steal the same item over and over....)
Why would you just play the missions that get you trophies? The whole game is worth playing.
In fairness, ALL of the quests, story or otherwise give a trophy for completion, so it's a moot point really. It just strikes me as laziness
