i bought fallout 3 goty a while ago and today i decided to start playing it, for some reason im getting stutter when i look around, it doesnt seem to happen when im walking forwards tho 
any idea what could be causing this? im using the latest drivers and i have tried with and without vsync
it seems a bit worse indoors for some reason

any idea what could be causing this? im using the latest drivers and i have tried with and without vsyncit seems a bit worse indoors for some reason

i just tried what was suggested and it seems to have fixed the problem, i had to limit the cores and use the stutter remover but now it seems fine
