Fallout 3 - Remove level cap?

I was wondering is there a 100% (or close to) way to remove the fallout 3 level cap yet? I heard about a console command but people said when skills max it gets stuck on level up screen.

Anyone know the best current way to do it, mod or whatever with the least bugs. My game is patched to latest ver if this matters.

hmm, I guess I will wait then. Also the latest patch seems to break VATS hit bonuses from perks so I'm gonna wait for the DLC + a new patch. Thanks for the info.
