Hi,

I'm steadily playing Fallout 3 and one thing I've noticed is that when ever I launch the game the 'Continue' button is not available until I've successfully logged into GFWL. This has been fine for the past few weeks, but what I'd like to know is how can I make those save games available without an internet connection.

I can see the Save games in Explorer and can back them up to another PC, but if I was to play on another PC (without Internet Access) can I access them somehow and continue my progress without signing into GFWL?

FO3 is rather odd, it'll allow you to make two complete separate save areas, one offline and one online, if logged into GFWL you use the second save location, and if not logged in, you use the first.

Yes it seems this is the case.

I may have resolved this. It seems that 2 separate save locations are created. The GFWL save is in a sub directory (gamertag name) of the main save location.

If I copy the saves from within the profile folder, to the root of the Save location I can access my saves offline. However I get a warning message advising particular content previous;y accessed will be unavailable. I'm assuming this means downloaded content, but no details are listed. Just the warning which you can ignore.
