fallout 3 steam price ?

anyone know when or even if steam will do another price lowering thingy majiggy ? as i do want to get fallout 3 but im begrudged to pay more than £20 for a pc game nowadays.

Fallout 3 didnt come down in price during that price lowering.

Any reason why you wouldnt you pay more than £20 for a PC game?
