Has anyone else had this?

I got outside from the vault and literally now can't seem to play more than 20mins before having to quit.

Tried increasing Fov

Why is this game so garbage in options

Never had a problem with motion sickness in this or any other game.

Never felt anything like it.
Never in a game anyway I have no idea what it is. Been doing some googling and it does seem to be an issue for some. Gutted it might be a write off for me

Apparently if you keep at it you'll get better at dealing with it

What’s your fps? Normally (noticeably) less than 60 nets me motion sickness, but some games like doom 2016 where I can get a zillion FPS still have me motion sickness.

Is the next thing to check.

I didn't find it too bad in normal play, but I tried in VR, had to stop after 30 mins and felt sick for several hours after, not had that with any other VR game! Must be something to do with the camera movement :/

I've always had motion sickness with some games and Fallout is one of them.

Doesn't mean I didn't clock up over 1k hours but it makes me feel lousy after a while and I need to take a break.

I can't decide what it is and obviously not everyone has the same sensitivity.

I've tried a couple of the older fallout games and never got on with them myself as they were so clunky.

Are you playing in third Person or First? Switching round might help.

Also in other games I've turned off motion blur to help but don't know if fallout 4 has that

I get this with some FPS games on PC, seems ok on PS4 though. Seems a bit better these days since I got a 144hz screen, as for Fallout 4 I have it increased fov and also set the frame limit to 70fps I think it is as it was running too fast. I also tend to limit my game time but as previously mentioned playing frequently I think you may get used to it so maybe build up over time, tend not to have too longer sessions though and I turn off if I feel I'm going sideways. Hope that helps.

The game engine ideally should be limited to 60fps otherwise you can get physics bugs.
