It's about time the game engine for any future Fallout games was changed IMO. It's tired and buggy and still tends to spaz out at high frame rates.

There's also a Fallout mod set in New York. Probably the last Fallout game you will be able to mod like this after 76 was announced, so it seems like modders are making the most of it.
