Fallout New Vegas worth picking up?

Loved fallout 3, completed it several times over the years.

NV finished it once and never went back, too many bugs for my liking

Both on PS3.

New Vegas was the most stable across PC, PS3 and 360 for me, I do still enjoy FO3 a lot more though.

I personally never got interested by the fallout series, though I think i will give them a fair shot one day

Skyrim.

I do like the Fallout games, but they don't have the scale and depth of Skyrim.
