Fallout NV mods

Looking for some mods before I start playing this, mostly want texture and lighting mods like Fellout and NMC for Fallout 3

i used nevada skies mod for a bit, i have to say that i found it made it look cartoony so turned it off. You can get both of those mods for NV also

in fact, most of Fallout 3's mods have transfered over to NV

for graphical improvement you might be best off using a tweak guide.

I want LCFR radio in all my games, can't remember the amount of hours I've wasted listening to that on GTA on PSP

This should give you a well-balanced game without changing too much. IMO, it's all you need for a first playthrough.
