whats the chance of a fallout 3 pack being on steam when Fallout new vegas is released?

What's the Fallout 3 pack? You mean 1, 2 and 3? I'm not so sure because 1 and 2 have a different publisher and developer than 3.

Fallout New Vegas isn't related to Fallout 3.
