Falty laptop help

Heya,

I had a falty laptop, after 4months of use and it's a hardware problem. The person said it's under manafactures warranty so they'll fix the problem. She said as it's a £600 laptop and a hardware problem they will more than likely give me a brand new model.

Is this likely to happen? She said they don't normally waste there time on hardware issues just replace.

Depends where you purchased it from, but usually its picked up and repaired, or repaired at home. Its very unlikely they would give you a new laptop.

Comet told me to check it in. I have and they'll send it to HP. Any help?

It will be repaired, hp won't replace it, that's down to the retailers discretion.
