Family tree creator?

Does anyone know of any good family tree makers? Preferably simple and free, I don't want to pay for something I can do in publisher.

Yeah - my parents have that (although a much older version) and they like it a lot.

I bought the Who Do You Think You Are? package a while ago. Was meaning to do a family tree in partnership with my Canadian based Uncle. Haven't really started yet.

I got that quite cheap. Under a tenner.

Course you could just faff around with Publisher/Excel if you wanted to be cheap.

Is there anyway to get it to display an all in one tree properly? It shows my relatives all over the place and the same generations are at different heights!
