Hi guys i thought id try the software that came with my gigabyte d3hp, i installed easy tune had a play about with the fan setup, but i found out that on HW monitor my fans were now showing they were not running and temps went up to 80's! i tried un installing and nothing happened so now installed it again, and now the standard/silent/etreme options do nothing! and on HW monitor only shows 2 fans and i have 3? also fanpwm is showing 31% and i dont know how to change this? this is driving me mad wish i never bother with this crap software as i cant get it back to normal, its right if something aint broke dont fix it :( i even system restored to the other day and nothing seems to get it back to the way it was, any suggestions at all would be great :(

What cooler are you using?

Is it 3pin or 4pin fan?

Is it connected to the CPU fan header correctly?

You not trying to use any other fan control software at the same time which is fighting against EasyTune?

im using the evo cooler from OC

3 pin

yes cpu is connected to cpu fan, intake and exhaust is connected to 1&3

nope :(

all has been fine for over a month since i built it now it seems this software has messed everything up! now HWM is reading cpu fan @ 25066RPM!!! wth? and exhaust is reading 20430RPM and intake is reading 0? i dont get this

What is easytune saying the fans are spinning at and temps?

Can you see that the fans are spinning?

easy tune does not show telemetry for fan RPM

and i cant see the fans as its under my desk and all plugged in :(

but everything was running like a dream before gigabyte's software corrupted my lovely machine lol

Do a fresh install and omit the easytune software?

Also something is bugging me that 3pin fans don't get good control from the software.
