Fan belt issue

Right so i got my car the other day and after a few days its started to squeel, im assuming it is the fan belt. It only does it when i start the car, and a quick rev gets rid of the noise, please advise

get a new fan belt, or tighten the one you have

or just wait for your engine to warm up

How much would it cost to get it done? Is it an eay job, if so does anyone know any sites with guides etc.

Thankyou, new car, want it to run nicely, and for a first car im quiet impressed with it.

yep its pretty easy, and it wont cost much, DIY job if you feel up to it, or probably no more than 30-40 quid at a quick fit

depends on the car obviously but thats a general guideline
