was considering getting these for on the outside of the case for pulling in a push pull config

Judging them on their price, I'd say they are extremely loud for a start, and probably don't perform all that well.

Try Enermax TB Silence UCTB12.
They are quiet, move decent amount of air and price is ok.

Ocuk golf fans lol. Search for then under clearance. £2.99 per fan. No mounting hardware though just a fan. Best fans I've used in terms of price-performance. Best used with a fan controller however
