Morning All,

I've bought a Lian Li A3 wood edition, the plan was for it to go up on my shelf after messureing I would have had 1.5cm cleareance, but after getting the case I found out the mesurements they give you doesnt include the feet so now I need to make up about 5mm for it to fit.

So my question for the ppl that have more experience then me with fan configs, IF I take off the feet to make it fit, what would be the best fan config? I'm thinking rear intake for the CPU cooler, (NOT AIO) with one top exhaust roughly in the middle setting to remove air after it's come through the cooler.

GPU issues might be it won't get enough air due to the whole bottom being blocked, but it should get some air from the side panel and back gpu bracket area.

OR

Maybe I could raise the case .5cm to get some air from underneith but not sure if thats enough of a gap to allow the required amount of air to make a real difference.

OR get a 240mm AIO so air isnt dumped inside the case.

Whats the general feeling on this?

If you would be able to raise even only .5cm with no fans on the bottom that would be just enough space for gpu to get fresh cooler air. rear as intake would be best and top with a single fan in the middle would be fine also :)
Edit: realised the side panel is fully mesh and would allow for gpu to get cooler air from their. still .5cm for bottom vent is ideal :)

Appreciated thankyou, I ended up taking the feet off and bought some stick on feet that raised the case 9mm, the temps on the GPU went from 72c to 65c so well worth raising even just a little bit.
