Fan configiration comments please

i have zalman 9 case with 1 fan at front 1 fan at the bottom 1 in the roof plus a antek kuler 620 on the back and they are all pulling air out,should i not at least have one fane pulling cool air in ????? my temp in the case is 25c so is hotter than my room witch feels nice and cool would it not be better sucking some cool air in as well.
 
I would have thought the front case fan should be pulling air in, also there is plenty of inlet grills to allow air to enter.

Ide change it to having the front fan pulling air into the case, and the same with the one in the bottom, so that both are drawing cool air into the case, then ide have the one at the top and the one at the back of the case thats attatched to the Kuler drawing the air out...

You should notice some changes in temps then....
