If it's just the wire that's broken then consider soldering the two broken ends together. If the wire has broken out of the terminal in the connector then you should be able to solder direct to the terminal itself. You could even use an old fan's wiring to slave onto the end of your damaged one.
Crimping tools can be quite expensive and would certainly not be worth it just for one job.
