Hi All

I've got the radiator fan running continually on a 2012 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 petrol. It looks like there is a fair chance it's the radiator coolant temperature sensor, which might have corroded and should be replaced, as in the video below. I'm thinking about attempting this, but has anybody here done this? Did you find it straightforward? It looks doable from the video, but I don't want to make the car undriveable if I can't fix it and need to take it to the garage. Any thoughts on the likelihood it is this, or what else it could be? Thanks.

Replacing the fan switch is stright forward, 2 wires and a 22mm spanner ( i think ) Have you checked the coolent level ? Is the heater blowing hot air ?would check this first just to be sure there's no air lock.

Thanks for your reply. It's my Dad's car and I don't have access to it at the moment. However, he's just told me an ABS light has also been coming up which is beyond me so it will have to go to the garage anyway.
