I have been using thisThermaltake Hardcano13 , for some time and have been quite pleased with it, it hascontroll for x4fans and x4temp probes. Review on the link.
If you want to just be able to adjust speeds Zalman ZM-MFC1 Plus could adjust 6 fans and because of voltage based adjustment doesn't cause extra buzzing with some fans.

For fan speed/temperature (+ power consumption) monitoring ZM-MFC2 would work. It can control three fans by voltage adjustment and one 4-pin PWM fan.

If possiblity of fan making slight buzzing isn't problem then all those countless different panel with button controlled adjustment work equally in that aspect.
