Hi everyone,
I currently have installed a corsair h100i and I am confident that the link 2 software doesn't do its job.
I say this because I have set custom curves on my fans and when temperatures go up the fans just dont speed up accordingly.

Does anybody else have this issue or does anybody have an idea if I may have missed something.

I have installed 3 corsair sp120 quiet edition and one AF series these are connected to the corsair pump via the splitters provided. I also have another AF series connected directly to the motherboard (this one, link2 doesn't even know it's there).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok thanks, that all makes perfect sense.
Yes your right they are 3 pin fans.
I am actually following the thread that relates to the component your referring too.

Is there software besides speedfan that will give me control of my fans?
I know I can use the setting on the motherboard but I prefer to have a visual thing rather than a set it and hope for the best.

If these questions have been asked and answered feel free to point me there I just couldn't seem to find anything relevant when I searched.

Ok thanks for the info. Has the getting hot issue been overcome on the converter? I havnt finished reading your post as I only found it a couple of days ago.

Yeh I would imagine it will. I have two sp120 on the radiator exhausting out of the top of my case and I have 1 sp120 in the bottom part of the front of the case blowing across my hdds nd then the af120 is above that blowing air directly into the case. It sounds odd but it works well and keeps my system at temperatures I am happy with. Cpu 58 underload clocked at 4ghz i5 3750k.

You will need to activate your trust for me to send you a message. This board doesn't have PMs like other boards. When you get it set up send me a message.

You have a strange set up with 3 of one type and 1 of another. I don't suppose it really matters but you may find the AF will run at a slightly different speed to the SP given the same voltage. I assume all 4 are fitted to the radiator.

How do i activate trust... yeh yeh call me stupid but I cant see how to activate it and a search brings up loads of threads that dont seem to be related.

yeh ive tried that through my cp and also clicking trust on both our posts and it just asks me to find so i type youre name then my name and nothing but it also says please log in, but clearly im already logged and there is no option to log in.

on top of that for some reason I cant upload images it will only let me link via a http and i dont have a drop box account and have no need for one. arggh starting to get a little cheesed off.

Got it!! trustr was popping up in a small box, I tried the obvious full screen mode and it then showed me the option to log in!!

Such a schoolboy error haha
