I have had a look at MSI Center but basically its just a storefront and couldnt see anything in there to do it.

Tried Dragon Center, it wanted to download overwolf before it would do anything, dont want that.

What do people do here to control CPU fans and set curves based on temp etc etc.

This is what I use on my current PC but guess at around a decade old its a bit outdated now but I couldnt find any other software like this

Is there any options in the bios like fan curve optimizer.

I saw stuff in the bios yes but its just a royal PITA to restart computer just to mess with it, the above was a one and done install but MSI's new version wants to keep downloading stuff to for the main program to work.

I looked at a video on youtube, the guy just installed dragon center and closed the login box and everything was good to go for them, didn't work for me.

I just use the bios to set a fan curve for my AIO and that seems good enough. The case fans are all set to a constant low speed to do the job of getting cool air in and warm air out without being too noisy.
My AIO is a small basic single fan model from Corsair, which I think has a very basic cold plate, as any attempt to get towards 5Ghz on all cores sees the temps rocket to thermal throttle within a second (A higher fan speed isnt going to change that).

I've got a Arctic Liquid Freezer II High Performance CPU Water Cooler - 240mm coming from OCUK in the next few days, hopefully that will do a better job at getting the heat away from my 12700 quickly.

Not that overclocking these chips offers much performance boost, but having it run cooler will be nice :)
