is there a program to setup fan control for when you are gaming as i get fed up keep altering fan speed in ccc?

i have rivatuner but never really understood how to use it properly so many options.
 
i have just added a second 4890 tonight and my 1st 4890 is running very hot when gaming so i have to manually set the fan to 65% which is loud even with a PCS cooler.

so im after a program that i can setup fans to turn on fast when gaming and back to a slower speed when on desktop not sure if there is even a program to do this.
