Are you using speed fan 4.33?
The latest 4.33 version does work.http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
It works for the P5K deluxe it may work on your P5K
However it has to be properly configured.
Pwm1 controls all the chassis fans 1-4. For it to work, you need to disable Q-Fan in the motherboard OR go into advanced options in SpeedFan, select the Winbond chip, and set the "Pwm1 mode" to "Manual Control". Also make sure that "Pwm1 type" is set to "PWM Output" and not DC.
Once you do that you gain control of the voltage applied to the chassis fan headers on the mobo and you can adjust them with the "Speed1" control.

Had to put CPU fans through the chasis fan controller but atleast not I can tie that to Coretemps in speed fan and get some controll... nice to see its reading the temps correctly now as well
