Fan control stopped working

I have been using thermal radar 2 to control my cpu cooler (noctua c14) and it was working fine allowing me to change the fan speed. All of a sudden it no longer responds when I change the profile and the fan is making my pc sound like a wind tunnel. It doesnt let me change any other fans in my pc either. Any suggestions?

I tried reinstalling the software last night but still nothing.

Have you recently changed any bios settings? Perhaps the fan profile has been over ridden by another program or the bios is intervening

Yer I was in bios but I quit without making any changes. Ill have another check to see if I changed anything by accident. Cheers
