fantastic ... I have a pair of Sharkoons attached to my H50 and was running them directly from my PSU. Now I can connect them straight up to the mobo for auto control ... unless somebody can see a problem with that ???
I have the gigabyte ex58 ud5 mobo but i've adapted the two sharkoon fans to operate with the H50 water loop. At the moment the fans are running straight from the psu with their 4 pin adapters but I can also run withthe three pin plug as well ... it would be nice to let the fans idle down when not needed though
I'm looking at this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-031-AK
Now by the look of it, there is a power lead that is fed from the PSU, then there is the plug that would go to the CPU fan control on the mobo, and then there would be the leads to the individual fans ... is that right? So .... do I then need 3 or 4 pin fans?
