fan controller advice

looking at getting a fan controller for any antec 900, needs to control 3 120mm fans and he 200mm top fan. slowly turning into an old man and craving the ability to kill the noise been looking at the zalman mfc2 and 3, really like the display of power usage but they cant cut the power to the fans, does anybody know of a controller that can regulate and cut the fans power (not just stall them as they still light up) that shows the power usage.

I personally have the NesteQ 8 channel controller, but then again i run 7 fans in my case all at 3000rpm, i would suggest the Scythe master fan controller, i think its 5 chnnels with tmeperature readings and various other goodies aswell
