Fan controller, and cpu fans.

Im wondering is it possible/advisable to run 2 push/pull cpu fans via a drive bay fan controller. I have 2 of theese fans, http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...harkoon Silent Eagle 2000 120mm Fan - 3/4 Pin that i want to stick on my TRUE. is it just a matter of disabling the cpu fan warning in bios and running them via the controller. tia.

Think ill look at 3.5 inch fan controllers, i fitted a kama bay with a 1300rpm yate loon for extra intake, as the botom fan on my eclipse will soon be blocked with another 2 hdd's in raid, my q6600 currently hits 58'c on the two hottest cores @3.6ghz, 52'c on the other 2. Id like to push the chip to 3.8 or so on air, hence the 2000 rpm sharkoon fans

you could run two of those off one of the 3pin chasis fan headers and speedfan control them if you didnt want to spend some cash on a fan controller

All of the 3 pin headers are currently in use so ive decided to get one of theese.

Nice and cheap, and as i only need to control 2 fans, should be more than enough.

yeh i have my 2 scythe fans running on a splitter to a fan controller works well
