I am going to be changing my pc around and going from and back/yellow build to a black/white build. So while I have everything apart, I was thinking of improving the way my cooling is setup.

I currently have a CPU and GPU in a single loop so I want to control my fan speeds based on coolant temp rather than either CPU or GPU temps.

Can I use the Aquaero 5 LT USB Fan-Controller to input a coolant temp sensor, and then set a fan curve to control the speeds of the 3 fans on my rads?

Yes, you can do that easily.

Without much more effort, you can set it up so the fans ramp up and down based on the difference between the ambient temps, and your water temps. This makes more sense, as the difference in water temps between load and idle are normally around 10c, so if your ambient temps in your house swing 5c, then that's going to play havoc with your fan curves if you are just basing them on just water temps.

Yes in all 8Pack system and some Infin8 units we employ different versions of the Aquaero to do exactly the job you describe.
