Hi...

I have a CM-Storm-Sniper case in which the built in fan controller (a dial on top of the case) has failed, so I'm gonna use a Scythe KAZE SERVER fan controller, i haven't used one before so i wondered, would all my fans fit by default?, i checked the connections and it looks like i may have to do some rewiring or re jigging...

It's unwise to control my turn-key-CPU water cooler fans or not? the pump will be 100% of course, not sure about the fans...

If you could advise me, is there there a guide for fan connectors you could recommend? i assume i should be able to attach my current case fans etc to this controller without too much hassle i hope, anyways thank you.

Quick google of the kaze master server, it seems to be similar to the one I have, which uses sort of mini 3 pin fan plug into the actual controller but with a full sized fan plug the other end for all your fans so you shouldn't need to do any re-wiring. Only re jigging you might have to do it is you want to plug in a 4 pin fan (however assuming similar to mine the plugs are 4 pin size but only actually have 3 pins in)

When you say turn key, I assume you mean something like the corsair h50/60/70, Antec Kuhler, CoolIt Eco's etc? If so then there is no reason you couldn't have the fans on your controller, it is personal preference really. Though you would have to keep an eye on temps to make sure you up the fans under load. The other option for you could be to run the fans on your cooler via a 4 pin splitter which will automatically control your fan speed for you and just run the rest of you case fans from your controller.

Yes you should be able to attached your case fans to it no problem. Only think to watch out for is that you don't exceed the output of each channel :) Max load will be 12volts, so calculation you have to do per channel is 12 x max amps per fan = Maximum watts per fan.

I have the kaze server - you get 4 wires that go from mini 3 pins in the controller to normal 3 pin fan connectors which fit into the normal 3 pin fan cables

I think for 4 pin fans you'd have to cut a bit of plastic from the mini fan to normal fan wires
