Hey my Lamptron FC Touch blew up lost the LCD and a few capacitors on the back :(.

Can anyone recommend a fan controller to take care of;
-3x120 scythe typhoon 1850rpm
-4x120 scythe thyphoon 1850rpm
-1z140 corsair AF140L 1000rpm
-3x120 corsair AF120L 1300rpm
-Laing DDC 18w

The groupings are wired together so they only need one connector each other than the pump they should be fine on almost any fan controller.

I'm not really bothered about fancy gimmicks just would be nice to have one that works and lasts a while.

So any recommendations or shall I just buy another FC Touch?

Any of the aquaero controllers, I perfer the LT models (aquaero 5 LT or aquaero 6 LT). They do not use a 5.25" opening and it's easier to use keyboard/mouse and monitor to setup and adjust than the tiny screen in 5.25" bay anyway. All aquaero 5 are the same basic units with same functions. All aquaero 6 are same too with main difference being a 2nd PWM
aquaero 5 LT is £49.99 and 6 LT is £89.99 .. 5 LT is 4x variable voltage and 1x PWM, 6 LT is 4x variavble voltage and 2x PWM.

Another recommendation for Aquaero, 5 series are cheaper and good for most users but the 6 is better if you run lots of fans with low volts as the redesign deals with the excess heat generated by undervolting better (the 5's VRM's can get so hot that the aquaero overrides your settings and runs the fans at 100% until they cool down.)

That be true. The 5.25"panel ones have a heatsink on them the LT does not. I got the accessory heat sink on mine. ;)

Whats the software like for these Aquaero jobbies for setting fan curves and such? Do they allow you to turn your fans completely off when the system is idle? Do you have to use the temp sensors it comes with or can it read your systems own temp readings?

Thanks
