Fan controller for 5 Noctua pwm

Hey guys I'm setting up a loop in my new pc and need a fan Controller for my fans I have a Phobya PWM 8×4 pins splitter from back the days would that work for 5 fans? And what free software is the best to Control them in windows10?

Thx Esa t I don't want to control the fans individually but all of them together so I guess the fan controller I got will be good? And for the software I have a Asus Mobo should I use there software or can you suggest any free software heard of speed fan and hwmonitor?
