Fan controller, for a lot of fans.

Another option would be an MCubed T-Balancer, it's an internal software controlled device. I think with all the add-ons you can control something like 8 fans and have 15+ temperature probes and there are options for auto shutdown and water cooling flow monitoring. It only drives 3 pin fans though which is a bit of an issue if you don't want to swap the fans too.

The software's a bit complex but it does the job very well once you get on top of it.

Hi,

Can't answer the first question with authority, I'm afraid - not done it.

Also, my 2 front and rear fans have controllers already on them (L,M,H), which some of you may know if you own a 900 gaming case, so would it be possible to control these if i set them to high and hooked then up to a controller?

I have some time on my hands so have experimented with my Sunbeam controller and my old P180 tricool fans. The answer is Yes. They work perfectly well.

Also, the majority of the fans i want to control are molex powered, except the CPU one, which plugs into the CPU fan socket. How do I control molex powered fans?

You need a molex 4 pin to 3pin adapter. I understand you can mod this yourself by only using two of the molex connectors. Check the web how to. or buy them.

Hope this helps.

that all you got, i used to have 14 fans in my case. :D

12x 120cm fans, 1x 25cm fan, and used to have 1x 92cm fan.

got it down to 6 fans now but iv now got a core2 duo rig and its better :)

The temperature probe for the CPU would be better served by downloading software such as motherboard monitor. This software accesses the in-built temperature probes on your mobo. For more information on that specific subject search for "mbm5", or make your own thread in the cooling or motherboards areas.

And then, of course, using Speedfan to manage the CPU fan's speed, which will save you on one of your fan requirements.
