Fan controller for Define R4

I own a Fractal Define R4 and want to replace the stock fan controller, however the front door on this case closes so there is not much space. Can anyone with experience recommend me a good controller that with fit in and match the style of my Define R4.

It is Black Pearl if that helps.

Does anyone know if any of these fans will control 4pin PWM fans? The issue with my current controller is it only has 3pin connectors so I cannot use Akasa Apache Blacks with it.
