Fan controller for the Define RS

The Define RS has just been announced and it's just what I wanted to leave the R4 behind. Thing is I have no intention to go forward in life without fan controller.

Is there a practical way I could switch between 5 and 7v like I've been doing so far with the new case?

Could get it done via a switch/dial on a bracket in a PCI expansion slot?
Can make your own, or some fan controllers use it instead of a front bay mounting thing.

Or use motherboard headers and software?

Theres a huge air gap at the bottom, a hidden switch could easily be put there.
