Hi all, can anyone recommend from first hand experience a fan controller that will fit behind the Tsunami Dream's door?

It seems more likely that a 3.5'' controller would fit but am open to 5.5'' suggestions too.

I wanna see how quiet the system can go, I have quiet fans but I know turning them down could improve things.

Thanks,

Just gonna add I paid £12 for my Coolermaster controller, painted it black, removed the temp sensors and the HD fan :p

A lot of places it is £30+

Yep it would fit perfectly, I have the soprano which I think has the same door and it has loads of clearance :)

Yep sure does fit, only one of the screw holes at each side though.

Sorry for the poor pics was taken on a D500 :p

thanks for the pics, not sure if it will fit in the tsunami?
maybe the plastic (purple) rails are for 5.5'' bays only?
you screwed your controller in is all i'm saying...

You can use the smaller clips the ones for the floppy drive, I just screwed them in, I can post a pic with the clips in if you want?

Edit: Ive just looked on the thermaltake website and the 3.5' enclosures are diffrent in the 2 cases, So im unsure now

i have 5x akasa junior fan controllers to controll my 14x 12cm fans and one 25cm fan Lol :P

there good for the price

I have 2 case fans and a really small case and a similar system to you, it runs nice and cool... theres no way you could possibly need 15 fans. Just a waste of money/power and will make your computer messy.

What the hell???

WHY?????

Why on earth would you need that many fans?

yeh fothsn the cases are different I realised too.
Bah its so hard to control fans if you have case doors! The next case I get will NOT have a door it's more pimp NOT covering things IMO.

14 fans won't cool a case any better then say 3 fans. Do you just like hearing noise when turning them up with the controllers or do you actually consider this many fans cools your system better ? It sounds pretty stupid to be honest.
