Fan controller help

So just ordered the NXZT LXE external controller by mistake, I wanted the sentry but after double checking a review someone had commented saying it won't power 200mm fans as it can only power upto 4W?.... How do I find out what power my fans require as can't seem to find it, I've ordered the bitfenix spectre pro 200mm fans

I didn't know how to convert between amps and watts

Ye I've ordered the LXE the external one but originally wanted the Sentry LX but after reading into it a bit I think I may stick with the external one....
So both of these should be good to power the 200mm fans?
Also any idea if I can get it to control the fans on my corsair h80?

Also its the spectre pro led versions which are 0.33A but I'm guessing that's still well under 10W?
