Fan controller, is it possible to hook up 8 fans?

I will be needing a fan controller and was wondering if it's possible to hook up 8 fans to a four fan controller, I will have 6 120mm xigmatek XLF-F1253, and 2 140 xigmatek XLF-F1453

Was looking at one of the Scythe Kaze-Master 5.25" Fan Controller.

Anyone know if this would run all 8 fans safely?

In bold, two fans in parallel if they're that rating is fine.

ok, thanks for that, means I don't have to buy 2 controllers
