Fan controller issue

Hi guys, I brought a brand new zalman fan controller from OCUK the other day to control my wc loop http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BB-001-ZA

When I initially connect the molex power it works fine, full control and all LED's working and as soon as I power down the PC and turn it back on the LED's don't work and I can only control 2 fans

however as soon as I unplug and replug the molex everything works fine until I reboot again and the viscous cycle continues

Any ideas??

Possibly an RMA job?

What fans have you got and how much power do they take ?, Have you just got one fan per channel ?

It's a 6 channel controller I am only using 3 fans each on their own channel and they are Sythe gentle typhoon 1850 rpm

Issue solved...too many devices sucking power from a single molex I think...put it on its own dedicated molex and problem was fixed
