Fan Controller problem

Just getting to final stages of my re-build everything in and working ok except my Lamptron FC6 controller,
It's working ok (fan speed goes up and down) but I have no display there is the led light across the top but no lcd display.
What could cause this one minute working next minute not and what can i do to it fix OR is it knackered and just buy a new one.

That's weird? How long have you had it?

Unplug power and try again if it doesn't work then yea it might be broke. Fan controllers are so cheap anyways. Just buy another.

The only thing I don't like about it is has no profile option. Still a great controller none the less.
 
Cheers, wasn't hopful when I posted to be honest. :(
Just tested it in my other rig lights come on but no one home :D
Weird is right and annoying, just ordered new one from here.
